The Young Banker applicants were presented with the following question this year:

“What idea would you implement in your organisation to improve outcomes for customers, colleagues, and communities? Your idea should reflect your vision for the future of the banking profession and be consistent with the ethos of the Chartered Banker Institute and the UN Principles for Responsible Banking.”

Sheriff King thanks the four finals:

Bradley Bosson, Jack Houston, Dee Korab and Andrew Neilson for their wonderful standard of entries, and extends a huge congratulations to the winner, Andrew Neilson. In addition, a big well done to Dee Korab for their highly commended ideas.
